If you’re looking for flexible school work in London — and want an agency that actually listens — you’re in the right place.
At Staffia, we support teachers, TAs, Cover supervisors, Exam invigilators and school support staff to find roles that match your energy, skills, and goals.
We don’t just send you anywhere.
We listen. We understand.
And then — we find your shine.
Joining Staffia is simple, and we’re here to guide you through every step.
Here’s what the process looks like from start to finish.
Step 1 – Register your interest
To begin, just send us your CV or a message letting us know you're interested.
You can email us at contact@staffia.co.uk
Once we receive your message, a member of our team will get in touch quickly to guide you through the next steps.
Step 2 – Send us your documents
Before we can match you with schools, we’ll need to complete your compliance checks. That includes collecting the following documents:
A valid photo ID (such as a passport or driving licence)
Right to work proof
Two recent proofs of address (dated within the last 3 months)
An Enhanced DBS certificate, ideally registered on the Update Service
Two professional references (at least one from a school or educational setting)
Proof of any relevant qualifications
Overseas police check if you’ve lived abroad in the past 5 years
We’ll guide you on how to upload everything securely. If anything’s unclear or missing, don’t worry — we’re here to help.
Step 3 – Meet your consultant
Once your documents are submitted, we’ll schedule a short interview — either in person or online.
This is your chance to tell us about your experience, your goals, and the types of schools and roles you're looking for.
You’ll also meet your dedicated consultant, who will support you throughout your journey with Staffia.
Step 4 – Compliance and onboarding
After your interview, our compliance team will finalise the process by checking your references and documents.
Once everything is approved, we’ll confirm that you’re cleared to work — and ready for your first placement.
From that point forward, we’ll stay in regular contact to support you with feedback, training, and anything else you need along the way.
